Eligibility
Request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase by emailing support from the purchase email and including the receipt reference. A reason is welcome for product improvement but is not required where consumer law says otherwise.
What happens next
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing can take 5–10 business days. The license is revoked, active installations lose paid entitlement after reasonable offline grace, and private installer links stop working.
Abuse and exceptions
Duplicate purchases and technical incompatibility are eligible within the window. Requests involving chargeback fraud, license resale, materially excessive activation abuse, or purchases already fully refunded may be declined where law permits. Statutory rights override this policy.
Before uninstalling
Ask the Guardian whether to restore the Windows settings recorded during setup. Export diagnostics only if wanted, and choose whether to preserve or remove local activity history.
