DRAFT - NOT LEGALLY APPROVED. The commercial terms for buying and using Lexyte software.

01

License grant

A completed eligible purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the paid subscription term and approved device count. Personal and Founding Member cover one personal-use PC; Family covers up to five household PCs; business plans cover their stated number of business-owned PCs.

02

Payment and renewal

Approved prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Paid plans renew for their monthly or annual billing period until canceled. Founding Member and Founding Business are annual subscriptions, not one-time or lifetime purchases. Taxes and final checkout disclosures remain subject to the approved Merchant of Record implementation.

03

Founder price lock

A Founder base price remains locked only while the subscription stays continuously active and eligible. Cancellation forfeits the lock; taxes, added devices, optional add-ons, and separate future products are excluded.

04

Cancellation

A plan can be canceled before renewal. Cancellation prevents the next charge while the current paid term remains active. Refund rights and mandatory consumer protections remain separate from cancellation.

05

Permitted use

Use Lexyte only on computers you own or are authorized to protect. Do not bypass activation limits, forge licenses, reverse engineer security controls except where law permits, or use the product to interfere with authorized administration.

06

Limitations

Lexyte reduces exposure to recognized remote-control software and selected built-in Windows features. It does not replace antivirus and cannot guarantee protection against every unknown tool, malware, social-engineering attempt, or action by a local administrator. Final liability language requires qualified counsel review.

07

Governing terms

These draft terms, the privacy policy, refund policy, and checkout disclosures require final review before publication as operative terms. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in effect.
